The Sydney School of Public Health is seeking to appoint a Research Fellow to manage and carry out research relating to an ARC-funded project that aims to explore how health complaints commissions respond to patients’ complaints about hospitals, ascertain whether and how health complaint commission recommendations are implemented in these hospitals, and explore potential knowledge and policy transfers between sectors and between countries.
