The Association has been asked to circulate the attached invitation to participate in a survey rating the importance of 72 potential Health Economics Analysis Plan (HEAP) items for randomised controlled trials.
We invite you to participate in a MRC funded project.
The aim of the study is to develop a list of essential items that should be included in a Health Economics Analysis Plan (HEAP) for randomised controlled trials.
We seek respondents who have had some experience of using HEAPs. Your knowledge would be extremely beneficial in standardising and improving the contents of HEAPs. If you would like to contribute, please follow the link (below) to take part in the survey.
We ask you to rate the importance of 72 potential HEAP items. This survey should take approximately 20 minutes to complete. We are using a Delphi technique to reach consensus. This means that you will be asked to complete a second shorter survey in a few weeks’ time. Please note you have the option to withdraw from the study at any time without having to give a reason for doing so.
If you would like to take part, please could you complete the survey by the 7th December 2017.
Please do not hesitate to contact us if you require any further information via email: Charlotte.Davies@bristol.ac.uk or telephone 0117 9287209.
