When you have reached the point in your career when you are no longer an early career researcher, you will remove yourself or ask one of the administrators (Rebecca or Tara) to remove you.

We're all in this together and aim to provide support and advocacy for early career researchers. Let's treat everyone with respect. Healthy debates are natural, but kindness is required.

Please adhere to your employers social media conduct policies as well as professional registration boards where relevant.

Respect everyone's privacy

Being part of this group requires mutual trust. Authentic, expressive discussions make groups great, but may also be sensitive and private. What's shared in the group should stay in the group. This means no screenshots or reposting of member content from here without express permission from the poster.
