The HSRAANZ Awards and Prizes Program recognises individuals who have made significant contributions to health services and policy research in Australia and New Zealand.
Our awards are designed to celebrate excellence in research, engage both new and existing stakeholders, and promote diversity and inclusion across the sector.
In line with our mission and core principles, we invite and encourage diverse nominations across a range of dimensions—including, but not limited to, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender, geography, disability, discipline, and employer type.
The 2025 HSRAANZ Awards will be presented at HSRAANZ’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Thursday, 4 December 2025. Further details will be circulated soon.
This year, HSRAANZ has introduced two new awards:
- NEW - Best Methods Paper of the Year. This year we are looking for nominations for the best paper that advances methods in health services and policy research.
- NEW - Mentor Award. This year we are recognising mentors in the HSRAANZ Mentoring Program who have shown exceptional dedication, leadership, and support in advancing their mentees' professional growth.
See below for the full list of awards and links to details and the application process.
